This Privacy Policy explains how Supplet (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website and mobile app. We aim to collect only what we need to provide the service.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide (such as email) when you use the app.
• Supplement and routine data you choose to enter to power tracking.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the website is used.

How we use information

We use your information to operate core features (tracking, reminders, content), improve the product, and keep your data secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

The website uses aggregate analytics to understand traffic and improve content.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers (sub-processors) to operate Supplet. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for your account and supplement data.
• RevenueCat and Apple — managing and processing subscriptions and payments. Your payment card details are handled directly by Apple, not by us — we never see or store your full card information.
• Crash and analytics tooling — diagnostic and aggregate usage data to help us find bugs and improve the product.

Data retention

We keep your account and supplement data for as long as your account is active so the service works as expected. You can delete your data at any time, after which we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Your choices & data deletion

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time. You can delete your account and associated data in the app via your Account settings, or by emailing us at admin@supplet.app. We will honor applicable data-protection rights.

Children’s privacy

Supplet is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We protect your information using encryption in transit and access controls that limit who can reach your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
